After 20 years in recruitment, Daniel’s knowledge of hospitality and retail resourcing is without comparison. He has personally headed two businesses, both of which he founded (one in retail, the other in hospitality), and has recently branched out into private equity.
Daniel has built large recruitment teams in the past, but now focuses purely on delivery, using his vast and experienced network. People respect Daniel’s honesty and adherence to the promises he makes. Most of his professional relationships go back over 20 years or more.
Based in the Peak District, Daniel is husband to one, Dad to two, step-Dad to two more and pet-Dad to a cat and a dog. When he has time, Daniel likes to watch football and cricket, cycle, sample real ale and enjoy fine dining. Unfortunately for him, due to a fluke of birth, he is a Cambridge United fan, shareholder, and ex-sponsor.

Simon started his career with the Royal Air Force, before moving to British Airways where he enjoyed 11 successful years, becoming one of the company’s youngest Cabin Service Directors. Outside of work, Simon loves spending time with his family and is a lifelong ‘suffering’ Grimsby Town fan. He enjoys travelling abroad, experiencing new cultures and sampling the very best food & wine the world has to offer.
